1. What information do we collect from you?
In order to better provide you with services, we collect two types of information about visitors: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience while using our products.
Personal information refers to the specifics of who you are, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information needed to provide a service to you while using our Offerings. We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected information with other information we collect about you to improve services, marketing, analytics, or site functionality.
Wallach collects personal information when you register with Wallach for Wallach issued product as a customer, potential customer, or guest user. We use the personal information that we collect to send you information that you have requested, respond to an inquiry, or to facilitate the purchasing and servicing of insurance policies. Information may be retained by Wallach to verify compliance with the agreement, log software licenses granted, to track software downloaded from those pages, or track usage of other applications.
If you choose to use our referral service to introduce third parties to our products, we will retain information about the individual or company referred as well as the time and date you made the referral in order to facilitate appropriate compensation.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Non-Personal Information: non-personal information refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon the pages that you access in our offerings using various tracking technologies. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a non-aggregated and an aggregated basis. (See “Cookies” section below)
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if a purchased policy is about to expire, we might send you an email.
Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account. Please see “Choice and Opt-out.”
Based upon the personal information you provide us, we will send you an initial email to provide you with policy information and critical contact information should you need to file a claim. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.
2. With whom do we share your information?
3. How may you update, correct, or delete your Personal Information?
Upon request we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, or delete/remove information by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
4. What security precautions are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information?
We employ industry-recognized information technology to protect the security of the information you submit to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. The importance of security for all personal information associated with our users is of utmost concern to us. Our secure servers protect this information using password protection and advanced encryption, and we may use firewall technology for additional protection. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) Authorize.net encrypts the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Furthermore, all of the user data we collect is protected against unauthorized access by physical security means. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have any questions about security on our Offerings, you can contact us at email@example.com.

This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from.
